Yoga

Lisa has been a student and teacher of yoga for over 20 years. In 2016 she dove deeper into the body and it’s workings by becoming a student of structural medicine. In bringing the two disciplines together Lisa understands and uses the tools of yoga to maintain the positive change gained in structural medicine sessions.

A consistant yoga practice promotes overall health and wellbeing, increases range of motion, improves balance, builds strength and fortifies stamina. Practicing in private allows Lisa to tailor the yoga practice to any personal limitations, injuries, or health concerns you might be dealing with.  Additionally, private practice allows an environment where the practitioner is less self conscious. For so many, the thought of twisting and turning while on one leg with a group of strangers is daunting. Private sessions with Lisa will allow you to hone your skills prior to joining a group or class setting. Personalized 60 minutes classes are available in person at Sealevel Hot Yoga in Fremont or via Zoom.
