Cash, check and Zelle accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.

Insurance
I do not bill insurance directly but I am happy to provide a receipt to submit to insurance for out of network reimbursement.

Cancellation policy
Please provide me at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
